France | Travel Photography (Mamiya 7)

Time to mix it up - I'm finally posting some photos from my travels to France back in October. In preparing for this trip, one of the hardest decisions for me was choosing the right camera to bring. For most of the year I've been shooting mainly with my Mamiya 645 AFD - I knew that wasn't an option for me since I wanted something light weight and less bulky. So, I decided on a rangefinder, the Mamiya 7. Not sure this was the best decision at the time, since I wasn't quite comfortable shooting with a rangefinder. Plus the Mamiya 7 didn't allow me to get up close to my subjects like the 645. The Mamiya 7 in a way forced me to shoot differently and got me out of my comfort zone. Anyway, enough chatter...check out the photos below.
