I finally came around to posting Kim and Jeff's awesome wedding. The day started out in Rockville to capture the "getting ready" moments, then off to DC for the ceremony at St. Aloysius. After the ceremony we made our way to the Jefferson Memorial and Freedom Plaza for bridal party photos. Finally we made our way back to Rockville for one of the dopest (is that a word?) receptions I've ever been to. Through it all Kim and Jeff cruised through the day like a breeze. Here are some photos to prove it - Congrats again to Kim and Jeff!

Second Shooting: Erika + Dwight : Wedding - St. Francis Hall - Washington, DC

Here are some photos I shot while second shooting for Akins Lawal Photography earlier this summer. You can check out his awesome post of this wedding here. Akins shoots film with a variety of formats and I had the chance to shoot my Nikon F100 film camera. The photos below were shot on Kodak Portra 160 and developed by Richard Photo Lab. I had a great time shooting Erika and Dwight's wedding with Akins - nothing beats being around a positive and dope couple. Check them out below.
